Code Geass was the 10th anime I ever watched... and after finishing it, I wish it was the last anime I ever watched... you might wonder why? When I finished Code Geass... a certain feeling swept over me... I spent days, lying in bed, doing nothing but sleeping and staring into space... admittedly my reaction was heavier than most people's... but when I finished Code Geass... I felt like I NEEDED to die... not WANT... I NEEDED to die... when you feel like you need to die, it's because you feel like there's nothing else that's left for you to live for, you feel like you've lived your life... since then, I have watched hundreds of anime, searching for a series that will make me feel the same way... and even after reading the AOT manga... nothing has come close to Code Geass. Code Geass... literally gave me depression... I'm scared I will never have that same feeling ever again. Idk whether I hope you'll feel the same way or not when it's over... just know and be prepared, for a piece of work that makes AOT look like it was written by a toddler

Lelouch repeating what his dad told him when he was young. And course. Seeing things not go his way against Cornelia was a lot more interesting than a bunch of easy victories.

I like the spacing of 1-2 a week at the moment but who know how it will be later on in the series. Thanks for the reaction

2021-05-02 19:15:15 +0000 UTCidk why, but when I watch you watch this show... you get the main plot at least, but the side plots or minor conversation, you seem LOST... like when Kallen and Shirley was talking or when CC and Lelouch is talking, you seem to have that blank face. If it makes it any easier, I suggest changing to DUB cause it will greatly help you understand and the dubbing is also not bad at all.
