So random 😂 but what do you think?

Hey guys!

So just a quick one and sorry in advance that it’s not a poll for some reason you can’t create them on the mobile app 🫠

Do I need to be NOT mention storylines from other movies/tv shows in my reactions?

Literally no one has mentioned this so it’s not something I’m thinking of off the back of any comments. But basically in this next Breaking Bad reaction, I mention a VERY key plot point for a movie that’s like 15 yr old 😂 do I need to like, insert a spoiler disclaimer. It’s Hazza P (Harry Potter).

Logically I’m like, nah it’s cool that’s not on u it’s been 16 yrs this year. 😂

On the other hand, should I be arsed and just remove that part of the convo/put a spoiler disclaimer? 😂🫶

Love you all, let me know thank youuuuu 💖💖💖💖

Absolutely not. I just bought your Patreon after months of waffling back and forth, so glad I did You are hilarious. But also sweet and kind. Keep up the great work. I’m a fan.

Drop dead gorgeous!!

Yeah it depends on the age and popularity of the film as well as the dramaticness of the reference. With Harry Potter it's probably to be expected of avid media consumers to have watched the Hazza P movies. But if it's a main character death for example, I think a disclaimer is nearly always warranted.

For my two cents I think disclaimers over that kind of thing are putting a burden on you that should not be yours. Anyone who is expecting a perfect cinematic experience from a reactor isn't actually getting genuine, authentic reactions like you are good at. But at the same time respecting that is something worth doing too, just not your fault if it's not. I feel like rules and cheat codes aren't going to work as well as just using your best judgement about how big a spoiler it actually is, and if it bothers you or gives you anxiety about others being bothered, worth acting on that, and otherwise it's not actually your own reaction anymore, y'know? In other words, whatever you do, you do you again lmao

I go with the 10 year rule, if it’s over 10 years old it can’t be a spoiler

Travis Hybiak

Agreed! A very short disclaimer. It'll help keep the jackals at bay.

Janaki

I wish I could reply with the video I just made as a disclaimer 😂🫶 thank you all for the advice I appreciate it a lot!! 💖

You definitely do what you think is best! Your channel, your house, your rules. I'm actually really interested to see you watch Harry Potter too if you're asking that; I'm currently rewatching them myself as a grown adult and it's a genuinely interesting ride with a lot of different, varied emotions in an engaging way. A fresh perspective will likely be just as interesting for you; it's a rollercoaster, and no mistake! Kind of neat in that way. Whatever you do, you do you.

Cute as heck as always. If the movie is new, or very old, I would avoid spoilers... ' Would love to see your take on "Citizen Kane." or "Casablanca."

Don't sweat it, your reaction is your raccoon.. Oops, *reaction. I think about 3-5 years is the statute of limitations on spoilers. If they haven't seen a big movie by then, then it's on them. 😁😻

GomezAddams

After a few years spoilers are usually fair game but people who watch reactions sometimes worry about stuff like this. I'd say a disclaimer should be plenty. Really though, you do you boo! 😁

Guy Winter

Doesnt have to be a huge disclaimer, make it like 2 seconds long and funny or something

Jesse Weston

I would, just in case u get a dislike by some randomer who hasn’t seen it
