Imo Thriller Bark is a whole lot of fun. For me it's main problem is that it is sandwiched between Water Seven/Enies Lobby and the next saga (not gonna name it). For me it was the same as why I don't really care for anything but the humor of Skypia because you just came from Alabasta (and Imo Crocodile>>>>>>Enel every day of the week) and you get to go to Water Seven after.

I am so glad I joined your patreon. I love rewatching my favorite anime series and One Piece is definitely one of those, but I never have anyone to share that joy with :D. It's been awesome catching up with you. Also side note, I kept hearing that people were dunking on Thriller Bark, which I don't understand because it's one of my favorite arcs. The oars fight is one of my all time faves because it's so smart and funny. Though to be fair even the weakest of One Piece arcs is better than most other series at least in my eyes.

Nothing Happened is my all-time favorite anime moment ever! I have been a huge One Piece fan since I started watching it as a kid and Zoro was instantly my favorite character. In the anime and across all other animes, mangas, movies, games, myths and legends, nothing compared for me.

Robin was actually only brought to Enies Lobby in order to go someplace else. They had mentioned in Water 7 that Enies Lobby is connected to two other major places via a waterway. Enies Lobby, Marine Headquarters, Impel Down are all three connected to each other. Robin was going to be brought to Marine Headquarters and Franky was supposed to go to Impel Down. The Straw Hats just managed to save them before they were brought there. Enies Lobby was a judicial island so it was pretty much a courthouse compared to the other two which would be like a Super Max Prison and a huge Military Base. Enies Lobby is nothing compared to the other two.

Everyone hating on this arc because nothing happens :') Also I wouldn't worry too much about any animation changes you notice. Unlike a seasonal anime like My Hero, AoT, or Code Geass, which are able to keep pretty consistent art styles and animation quality throughout, One Piece is a weekly anime that runs constantly throughout the whole year. Since they have to put out episodes every week, timeline and budget constraints mean that different animation teams rotate to make different episodes and the quality/style can fluctuate based on that, so don't expect any changes to be permanent.

I really like how even though ppl say that Zoro and Sanji hate each other, this clearly shows how fast they are willing to sacrifice everything for each other as they would for any of the other members.
