The part where Killua has a glow around him is to show how he has gone from being the darkness to Gon's light and developed his character to become the light for other people (Ikalgo) so well written.

So here is where this arc becomes iconic. The pacing may be slow soon but it is because a million different things happen at once and it is all shown in detail. The story telling and character development upcoming is maybe the best in anime history.

To be more specific, Knov (the guy in glasses) encountered Pouf's en which is his aura. Noramlly, Pitou should be the one using her aura to protect the palace since her en can go way further away than Pouf's but she was busy using her ability to heal the king. However, what Palm encountered was Pitou's aura which is why the aura stopped for a few seconds since Pouf was using his aura to protect the palace but at that moment, Pitou finished healing the kings arm so she got back to using her en which has a larger distance than Pouf's.

What I really love about 107 is we see that Killua is Ikalgo's light, just like Killua said that Gon is his. I love this boy's character development. It's so good!
