Great reaction. I’m pretty sure Araki once said that Rohan Kishibe is based on him, and if he didn’t it’s heavily implied. Rohan’s one of my favorite characters in JoJo and his stand is crazy op if you use it the right way.

For some reason the anime made the uniform look even closer to Josuke when in the manga it was just a normal random school uniform.

The guy who saved young Josuke is most likely a bystander who was in the area. Not knowing who he was, Josuke copied his hairstyle in honor of him. It couldn't be Josuke traveling back in time only because of his stand's ability. From what we know during these past 15 eps, his stand's abilities are healing, fixing, or "To revert an object back to its previous state." The thought of Josuke traveling back in time to save himself would be a cool twist, tho it is not possible given his stand's abilities.

Yeah so basically it wasnt Josuke going back into the past or anything. Koichi just imagines the guy looked like Josuke in his head because he didnt know anything about him other than that he had the same hair as Josuke.
