[Weekly Development Update #27]

Back with another dev update!

Good progress in terms of working on the Martha content. For the first time, I actually had to take a full day and just brainstorm on how exactly the scenes were going to play out. Finally I managed to get it all down in my head and I just been going heavy with getting the scenes done. Currently, I'm on track to release this month, but remember I always have to send my animations to the sound guy and the time he takes to get that done varies. I plan on working on the animations once I finish all the actual scenes.

I been slacking on making pin-ups the past few days because I been deep into getting this Martha patch done. I'll make sure to have some ready for next week so be on the lookup. Looking to make a pin-up for Bianca that I think you guys will like.

Poll Results

The Poll results are in! Your overwhelming enthusiasm and participation have truly highlighted your passion for the game. It's been evident that there's a lot of love for what I'm creating here, but witnessing your heartfelt and thoughtful expressions in this poll has been exceptionally inspiring. Thank you for diving deep and sharing your sincere thoughts and feelings with me. It's only motivated me to work even harder!

The results are: 155 people said yes, and 56 people said no. Looking deeper at the results, most of the 56 people in particular that said no, have been here supporting for a long time, like since 2021 (OG Godson days). Everyone besides 1 person in the even higher tiers (past Tier 2) said no, about 50 people who said no were atleast Tier 2, and the person in the highest tier I have on Patreon, said no. So that's going to be a no from me too right now. Should be self-explanatory to figure out why. I'm sure you get it. I have alot of respect for someone who puts their money where their mouth is.

However, 155 people said yes, most of which were also Tier 2, but a large chunk of that was people that said they don't care either way and just love the game. So if I think of something in the future, you'll know, but it won't be in the game or on Patreon, it'll be something to download somewhere else. If anything, it'll be after v0.2 is fully completed, which is when I was planning to do something like that anyway.

Vaporwave 2059

Eh, I wasn't going to ever talk about this, but I feel I should tell you guys anyway (most of you already know). If you checked Discord, you know I have an #old-games section. One game I haven't posted in there is the last game I worked on before making Godson Remake, which is called Vaporwave 2059. I wasn't the head dev on it, but it's quite clear that you'll notice I did most if not all the work. I was doing freelance work before I re-activated my Patreon and put out Godson Remake. And the only reason I made Godson Remake is because when I re-activated my Patreon last year, most if not all the OGs who were supporting back in 2020-2021 came back. So do yourself a favor and thank those people with the Gold or Deep Red roles in Discord.

Anyway, I'm posting this because I still have all the character models from it, besides Freydis (idk what happened to her). So if you want any of these characters in Godson, just let me know. The game is dead and done, as the dev had an unfortunate situation and couldn't pay me for awhile (he's not dead), but it'll be nice to have something to play while waiting for the Martha content and v0.2. Go ahead and give it a download and try it out! It's plays just like Godson, just no milfs and not much sexual content as he didn't want it like that, much to my disapproval - which I will say is another reason it stopped because I wanted to make a milf game with alot of sex in it and I didn't exactly take no for an answer especially when I did basically everything including the writing.... You'll see...

I may do a poll for what character you want the most, if any, in Godson.
