Added 2023-07-07 04:31:52 +0000 UTCSo got some shocking bad news today - My sister-in-laws mum passed away this afternoon. perfectly healthy woman collapsed while farming and gone that afternoon.
There will be funeral business next week and in ireland that tends to be a whole rigmarole - 3 days at least.
I'll either drop off the face of the internet or i'll be here like normal because drawing is always both a great outlet and distraction for me.
I think what is niggling at me is that on Sunday my fam had booked a meal for my bday (sat) and I really wasnt feeling it - I don't like the fuss, would rather some take out at home and was complaining about it and then this happens the next morning and it kind of made me check my priorities i guess.
Cherish your loved ones - family isnt always great for everyone but whoever is your found family or people you love, let them know.
Which also brings me to - thank you for always supporting me, I love and appreciate you all.

What an awful thing to happen out of the blue like that; much love to your sister-in-law & her family. ❤️ I *definitely* feel you with just wanting a nice chill birthday instead of a whole big (exhausting) event, but this is also a great reminder to spend time with our loved ones while we’ve got the chance.
