Because he's got to lay it all out - how he really feels (or doesn't) about Jaskier.
Imagine before he went under Jaskier being told it was up to Geralt to break the curse and that moment of panic because he doesnt mean THAT to Geralt

A lot of vulnerability for Geralt. Probably tries to find an alternate fix first, gets Yen in on it and she's giddy with glee - she's known but XD She'll put Geralt through his paces first

2023-05-27 23:41:23 +0000 UTCOhhhh I do love the Sleeping Beauty idea BUT I love me some Snow White angst thrown into the mix. Geralt having left to go get Yen and /thought/ he hid him well. But he's being a big dummy and not thinking straight. He gets found- The flowers being for a funeral put on by the towns people. "Poor boy. Died alone in the woods. đđ¤§" And Geralt finally being pushed to just CONFESS already!! đ I don't know, The Witcher x Grimms tales is fun tho
