I saw a tiktok
it was a girl talking about beggars and how people say not to give money to beggars and to buy them food/drinks
because they'll just spend it on drugs
And she was saying 'so what if they do? like theyre literally tryin ot escape the horrific situation theyre in
they should be allowed to do it how they want
That we would have a glass of wine, smoke or whatever to feel better after a bad day so why do we judge and shame people for trying to find a way to deal with unimaginably difficult situations
So i was imagining like the boys would have that opinion of 'you shouldnt give money'
whereas Proms the realist
Him emptying his pocket to someone on the street and Gladios like 'what are you doing?'
i just imagine the others calling him
'Prom keep up'
But i was also thinking like
'why didnt you bring more with you - we're going eating'
'i said i wasnt having anything - besides its ALL i have??'
'.............why would you?'
'I get paid in 2 days - i have food at home'
making eye contact like 'i see you' because most people try to avoid looking at beggars
