Uncrossing Body Scrub

Good morning moon babes! Happy Monday, I hope you all had a fun and safe weekend and are preparing yourself for a productive week ahead. It seems like a LOT of people are finding themselves over things, situations, or overall feel like they have been crossed and want to remedy those conditions. 

Today, I wanted to share a scrub I like to make and rub all over my body when I feel an uncrossing is in order. You can do an uncrossing bath then scrub your body down with this blend, do the blend alone in the shower, or take the herbs from the list and create your own spell candle to uncross yourself - whatever fits your practice best! 

Uncrossing - To remove, strip, all negative energy, negative spirits, blockages, stagnant energy, hexes, curses, restore balance negative, self-talk, spiritual work done on you. It removes crossed conditions, bad luck, evil forces, stress, angst, anxiety, from you and your space. Breaks negative patterns you have on  yourself, negative influences, and can reverse spells, 

Things You’ll Need:

-Hyssop

-Rue

-Coffee grounds from coffee you made and offered your ancestors

-Peppermint

-White oak bark

-Agramony

-Dill

-Sea Salt

-Castor oil

-Peppermint leaves

-Frankincense oil

-Camphor oil

-Rose oil

-Patchouli leaves

-Jar with sealable lid

-Spoon

-Holy water

-Container / bowl for your herbal blend

Putting together the herbal blend part of this uncrossing scrub:

Like I always recommend before spellwork, cleanse your home back to front all the way through your front door using whatever method you prefer. This can be with incense like lemongrass, door opening, crossings, lavenders, 7 powers if you have that. Bundles, bells, however you’d like to do so. Then cleanse your hands and feet with the holy water

Gather all of your supplies needed to craft this spelled scrub. I like doing this step at my ancestor altar, lay offerings to them in whatever manor you feel comfortable with (can be deities or animal allies whatever you want to work with if anything.) Ancestor money, coffee, water libations, additions to their literal ancestor money on your altar if you do that, fresh food, fruit, incense, are a few ideas for offerings before this spell.

Once your space, hands, and spirits are taken care of you can protect your space as you see fit. Light protection candles on your altar, call corners, cast a protection circle, use salt, crystals, create an auric field,  or however you wish to protect yourself spiritually before working over these herbs.

After you have your protections situated, spend some time raising your own energy and calling in the energy from the herbs that you are going to be utilizing. You do not want to be pulling all the energy from this uncrossing from yourself or run the risk of being super energetically depleted. Spend time activating each herb and element of this herbal blend before placing them one by one into your container (telling each herb what you wish and will it to do for you, how you want it to benefit you and thank it.)

Add every herb into your bowl, placing your hands over the bowl praying for your crossed conditions, hardships, workings done against you ect be scrubbed, lifted, and casted away from you. From here, once you feel you have pushed enough energy into your mix begin stirring it with your spoon or hands then you can move on to the next step!

How to make the body scrub base:

You can use sea salt, himalayan salt, epsom salt, whatever you have at home but salt is important here instead of another base option so spiritually you can deepen the cleanse.

1 cup salt of your choice

⅓ cup castor oil 

5 drops of rose oil

5 drops of camphor oil

5 drops of frankincense oil

Blend together all of your herbs that you chose from the list above, activated and prayed over then add no less than 1 tablespoon of the blend. If you want to add more you can do so to your liking. Mix the salt and herbs together slowly until your desired texture.

Now you can let this charge on your altar for 24 hours at the least, I like to leave it there for 3 days, each day ringing bells over the blend until the final day, then using it.
