OKAY

So I imagine that Prompto is the last of a species

The boys are Demons

Noctis being the Demon King with his 2 guards

Initially I was thinking that Prompto was perhaps the last human

Kind of a situation where his blood would give them the power to beat literally anyone (Ardyn)

So Noctis has heard the rumours and been searching

With the intent to catch him and pretty much drain him - keep him like a battery

But then as I was colouring I was thinking

What if Prom was a phoenix

He goes around with his hood up

And a scarf over his face - maybe ski goggles

To try and contain the glow

There was a time where there were more but they're kind of easy to spot

Being a pheonix I imagine he has healing abilities

With the rumour that they can bring someone back to life

But at the cost of their own

(Phoenix down)

Prom has been trying to stay under the radar but his main flaw is that he can't pass up someone in need

So he's left a bit of a trail in the people he's helped

I just imagine Noctis crouching down in front of Prompto

'What's your name boy?'

'Boy? We're the same age dude.'

Also Prompto and Noctis are on a different level to Gladio and Ignis

In the sense that they both have wings but they can conceal them

Not that the other boys are 'regular' but they need Noct's magic to conceal their wings

Kind of like the armiger

I also imagine Proms halo gives them a headache XD

And they have to shield their eyes if he draws out his wings

Noct would be strong enough not to need to

Which will be the only reason Prompto doesnt get away

Gladio and Ignis will be sour at him for a while for the migraine he caused whipping out his wings

So he gets dragged back to the citadel

Locked in a room, more luxurious than Prom has ever seen

Noctis would have to accompany anyone in to see Prompto

Because he's a handful

Oh man imagine

Theres some kind of latch on the door for passing in meals when Noctis cant make himself available

And Noctis has probably been visiting him

There's a curiosity in both of them

So IMAGINE

He hasn't seen Noct in a week or two

And suddenly the door bursts open and Gladio comes in with Noctis cradled in his arms bleeding all over the place

Probably also littered in injuries himself

Prompto doesnt even think of using the chance to escape

Directs Gladio to lay Noctis on the bed

And gets to work

Gladio standing stiffly beside him to make sure he doesnt try anything

After Prompto turns and stumbles a bit and Gladio catches him

Feels his own pain draining

Prom sits on the edge of the bed after and Gladio is reeling

Prompto just asks

'Is there anyone else who needs help?'

'I- ah...'

'Bring them here'

Gladio is probably torn between leaving Noctis with him

and also feels ashamed when he locks the door on his way out

Prompto lies down beside Noctis and dozes while he waits

And thats the start of their change
