I wanted to talk about a herb I really enjoy using in my practice, Catnip! Here is a short breakdown of the bomb herb!
I personally like using catnip for glamours and beauty workings, protection while sleeping, love, happiness, attraction, harmony, sex, vitality, divination, playfulness, enchantments, astral travel, attracts good spirits into your space. It is great in any spell related to cats as well, sharing some catnip with your cat and you drinking a cup of tea is said to psychically link you to your cat. It is food overall for healing spells revolving around pets. Catnip is also an amazing aphrodiziac.
Catnip is medicinally known for settling stomach aches and nervous stomachs. Catnip is also known to aid coughs, sore throats, congestion, indigestion, and sweating things out of your system, calming down chills associated with common colds. It is something I personally also like using for a good night's sleep. It is also said that burning a catnip leaf can manifest love related wishes.
Catnip is also very easy to grow and keep happy, try grabbing a catnip plant from your local nursery and growing it in your home!
I love using catnip as an offering to my familiar as well, pouring energy into taking care of the plant to make sure she has something nice to munch on that makes her hype! Then whatever leaves end up drying up / when the plant is overproducing leaves I can trim them and leave them to dry for workings.
