It wouldn't happen (except maaayybe if it was when Prom and Noct had just barely become friends so no one knows that he's, like, Sunshine Personified yet) but imagine if it was decided that Noct spending time with Prom was too dangerous, and they were kept apart- Prom would end up having to try to deal with alone for awhile which would suck even more!
