🛁Simple Cleansing Bath Recipe 🛁

Good afternoon Moon babes!! I am finishing up with everyone’s readings (hopefully by this weekend) and in the mean time wanted to share a cleansing bath recipe I like using! I tried including herbs that most of us will have either in our spice cabinets or in tea form. You can always throw tea bags into the bath with your herbs as well, get creative!

Remember, like all of my recipe’s this is more of a “base” for your own practice. Please feel free to add or takeaway any herbs that you don’t mesh with for herbs that you do!

For this bath you’ll need:

-Epsom salt, I like to use rose or lavender infused for this bath mix.

-Chamomile - For removing negative energy and curses. It is a more gentle cleansing herb but perfect for this bath.

-Lavender - To cleanse your body, remove fears, , deepen your spiritual connection, and repel negative energy.

-Hımılayan Salt - For purification, cleansing, this is the “deep” cleaning ingredient of this list!

-Rosemary - Protection, banishing, and healing.

-Bay Leaves - They are such little powerhouses and bomb for purifying you of negative energies or magic from other practitioners!

-Black Candle - I would use a portion of all the herbs above and grind them up, then anoint and dress my black candle with all of the herbs. Then line a circle around your black candle and burn it while you are in the tub.

This bath is honestly SUPER relaxing and smells amazing! I hope you guys try it out and find it helpful!
