First I drew it out in SAI but sai doesnt really blur well so I took it into Clip Studio to use the gaussian blur
The first version prompto was way too grey and faded so i duplicated the layer
Funny, at the time I didn't think it looked powerful enough without the grey but having just added this in here I think I prefer it without the grey
