Colorists! ... Oh this is going to be expensive.

I will be annoucing on EKA and FA soon. But I will need to have a consistant income of about $5000 a month to fund me and the colorist I hire.
But if I make about $7000+, I can even hire two colorists to completely expedite the comics speed while keeping the quality as high, or higher than what I've been able to provide alone.
But that is a lot of funding to expect for a niche porn comic. I was wondering about what other tiers I should add to make sure I can reach that goal?
Max I can do on this site is $67 (10000 yen) Do you have an idea of what I can offer for that?
I don't think I can open something like a sketch request tier. As if the point is hiring two colorists, I would be completely booked doing lineart nonstop.
