Comic this week? Yes! It's not as far along as I'd like it to be, admittedly, but it is further along than I'd expect it to be. In any case I'm committing to finishing it this week.

I've done it! I've released the first early pre-alpha prototype to those of you at the $10 tier and higher. I've also decided to make it available here on Patreon for $49 to anyone that wants to get in on it now without subscribing. What's with that price? Well, truth told, I don't want a ton of people to see it right now. It's in a pretty rough state, and full of all my best and worst ideas. So I want it to be available for people to check it out, but I priced it a lot higher than I think it's worth to deter too many people from taking a peek.

And yes I know that people can sub at the $10 tier, grab the link, then immediately unsub. And I'm fine with that. I'm just scared to show off my ideas to too many people, and hopefully keeping it at a higher price deters bots or AI scrapers or whatnot.

Once we do some playtests and find some way to maximize my best ideas and minimize my worst ideas, I still intend to make the whole document eventually available to basically everyone here on Patreon. Could still be a few years off yet before we reach that state, but that's the plan.

All the while, the comic remains the main thing, so... comic!
