Thank you, Muse, and thanks for suggesting I post it on DA as well! You said it all about the projection evident in the still. It's a close-up screen capture still from the video, the frame selected to show her big "jiggle puss". Fortunately, this frame also shows her giant breasts at full extension forward. Her milk plugs are in full swing, but as you say they look strange in a still image.

This might be a good one to post on DA but her milk plug is at a weird angle.... maybe air-brush that plug out? Also, Alexis' "jiggle puss" is fun to watch.
