For some reason Capcum never addressed Jill's absence. When it came to the 69-ing wheel, it was possible to adjust their breasts to spurt milk rimward for speed boosts and hubward to keep the trio fed for long-distance travels.

The puzzles were genius, using their bulbous butts, heaving tits and endless lactation as solutions. Their ability to form a wheel face-to-crotch and roll atop their tits proved to be a superior method of travel to the vehicles offered in-game!
