Dealien's Adjustments 1.1

This experiment of mine is a sort of container for several small mods regarding improvements, adjustments, tweaks and fix.
If there is a small something that makes you turn up your nose it should end here.

A new contact called "Dealien's Adjustments" will be added on your phone and allows you to choose a bunch of different things.

As for now this are the things I managed to implement:

◼️ PLAYER:

Character Swapper:

It's time for a new system that lets you play as whoever you want. Many wanted it (probably me as well) and now it's there. Use it wisely!
Choose the model you want to use and then in the Adjustments menu activate the Character Swapper.
Your custom model will take the "Identity" of your current main character (phone, name, hud color, etc...). You can change that in the Character Swapper menu.

It is now also possible to have a separate amount of money and weapon loadout thanks to the other two features "Money Tracker" and "Weapons Tracker".

In case you want to use a Freemodel (MP Models) swap with the default one and then customize it as you want once swapped.
The save/load and customization of the Freemodel is not yet there and I intend to add it in a future update, for now you will need a trainer for that (pay attention to Menyoo that tends to give plenty of ammo).

🚨 IMPORTANT:
If you swapped and play as a Freemodel and you want to load a savegame (not exit the game) remember to deactivate the Character Swapper first (you can reactivate it once the savegame is loaded).
Failing in doing so, your Freemodel won't work properly and you'll need to restart the game.

Keep the Weapons Tracker and the Money Tracker active to complete the experience of playing with a custom model.

Superfast Character Switcher:

When active, it allows to switch almost instantly between main characters. No cutscenes, no aerial bumping cameras. Simple as that.

Money Tracker:

If active, the amount of money for each character, including the custom one, will be stored on a file and saved/loaded at the appropriate time.
Very useful in case you are using Character Swapper or playing with scripts that alter your money.

Stat Manager - Special Ability:

You can change the level of each of your main character's stat.
I didn't want to feel like a super human with infinite stamina allowing me to sprint endlessly, so I implemented this to not let my character be forever overpowered.
Remember to activate it to keep the desired stat levels working.

Oh, and there is also the possibility to have the stamina bar under your minimap.

If you want to change the stats of your swapped character, change them while using the main base character first, they will be then taken over the custom one.

There are also some extra variables regarding the Special Ability:
Disable - Deplete when getting hit - Recharge multiplier.

◼️ WEAPONS: 

Weapons Tracker:

If active, the weapons loadout of your current character (custom as well) will be stored on a file and saved/loaded at the appropriate time.
Very useful in case you are using Character Swapper or handling MK2 and other DLC weapons (otherwise known to not be saved by the game).

Also perfect if you are doing some arms dealing using my other mod Crime Jobs.

Drop Weapons:

After activating it, you can HOLD the sprint button ("A" on controller or "SHIFT" on keyboard) WHILE STANDING STILL AND ON FOOT to drop your current weapon.

Manual Weapons Pickup:

If active, you'll need to get close to a weapon and press D-Pad Right or E to pick it up.
No more automatic collection.

◼️ WORLD:

Hide Unwanted Blips:

With this you can hide some of the Blips you think are unnecessary.
I did it mostly because I really don't care about the location of my default personal vehicle or default safehouse if I'm trying to roleplay as a different character and I couldn't care less about parachute jumps.

◼️ GAMEPLAY:   💎Patron version only

Manage money/weapon loss on death/arrest (does more than you think):

WIth this you can choose what happens to your money in case of arrest or death.
The money loss can be proportional to your original amount or fixed.
Of course there is also the option to enable weapons loss.

Stolen Vehicles Crime System:

This is a gameplay mod/addition that spices up the vehicle stealing system.
If active, when you jack or break into a vehicle, this vehicle will be tagged as "Stolen".

There is an option to tweak the chance of an open and not persistent vehicle to be tagged as "Stolen" if the player enters it.

If you are driving a stolen vehicle someone could call the police on you.

You can adjust some other vairables like:
- Stolen Tag Persists - If the "Stolen" tag persist even after evading the police once
- Police Hostility - How many wanted stars you get when the police get called
- Police Relentlessness - Minutes between police chases if the "Stolen" tag is set to be persistent
- Possibility to change vehicle paint color and/or plate number to remove the "Stolen" tag. NOTE: the wanted level won't immediately be cleared

◼️ MISC:

No Vehicle WIndows Smashing:

I was tired of breaking my beautiful ride 's windows everytime I wanted to even only aim at someone so there it is, now if you activate this feature, the windows will be preserved when you are aiming or shooting from inside a vehicle.

No Duck When Vehicle Is Stopped:

Another fix for another annoying thing. This one is to prevent triggering the ducking animation when inside a vehicle and for example pressing "A" on the controller to accept something using a menu.
Only when the vehicle is stopped.

Toggle Walk/Run When In First Person:

If active, you can TAP once Right Stick or C to toggle between walk and run. Useful if you want to toggle walking while in First Person view.

Requirements and How to Install:

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE LATEST VERSION OF THEM ALL🔻

Put the files from the downloaded archive into your "scripts" folder.

Disable BattlEye in your Rockstar Launcher or by adding the launch option -nobattleye

Remember after installing "ScriptHookVDotNet -nightly" to change the settings of its config file "ScriptHookVDotNet.ini" in your main GTAV folder:
- ScriptTimeoutThreshold=60000

And if you don't want the warning message at the start:
- WarnOfDeprecatedScriptsWithTicker=false

I like the Idea but I wouldn't know how to implement something like that without compatibility issues. Maybe one day, I have to think that through.

At first sight I would say that you need to update your NativeUI. Make sure you have the version 1.9.1 in your scripts folder. By the way be careful with using many different mods, the possibility of encountering errors and stuff is always there because of eventual conflicts.

Hi, thanks and welcome! In the clip I don't see any issue, apart from "The Partner" the other contacts are all still there, maybe they change orders or iFruitAddon2 put some blank contacts inbetween. Mind that there could be a sort of "cooldown" (usually less than a second) after calling a contact where the contact is not visible, but that only means that the script is loading something. If the contact doesn't come up anymore it means that something most likely crashed and you can check what went wrong in the "ScriptHookVDotNet.log" in your main GTA5 folder.

Hey there, I'm running into an issue with some of your mods, particularly the ones that add new contacts to the phone directory. Basically, after you call one of the mod-added contacts, it deletes other contacts added by other mods. And I can confirm that it is only the contacts that are added by your mods that cause this issue as I've tested other mods extensively. I made it that is not possible to switch between main characters once you are playing with a swapped one. To avoid complications with models and eventual issues. If you want to switch character turn off the Character Swapper first.

Hey man, once I swap the character with mp male and save him as Michael I’m then not able to character switch. I’m using menyoo to change characters. Is there a fix for this or it’s not possible?

I get you... thanx for the consideration. I just find the vanilla way of carrying a whole arsenal of weapons and millions in cash in your back pocket way too unrealistic lol. Looking forward to see what you have lined up tho 😎...

Hey, thanks a lot! The duffle bag would be good for immersion but I'm afraid it would cause some conflicts with other mods and would be generally more a nuisance rather than an improvement. I can indeed consider adding manual reloading system and I was already thinking about adding the possibility to store stuff at Home with Apts and Houses :) I'll see! Thanks for the support and suggestions! Much appreciated!

Huge fan of your mods. Keep up the good work. Not sure if this is in the pipeline but for more realism i think it'd be cool if you added these options:- 1. a duffle bag when carrying large(er) amounts of cash and realistically unconcealable weapons and maybe ability to have different loadouts saved. 2. Manual weapon reloading system. 3. Ability to store weapons and cash in vehicles and safehouses (Apts and houses ;-}) I think these would work well with the other features in your mod like penalties for dying cashwise and ability to lose all your weapons upon arrest or death as well as manual pickup amd weapon drop. Ive seen some mods that do some of this but some are outdated and it would be really cool to have all these under one roof. Cheers
