Hi, check again if you have all the requirements correctly installed and up to date, if you are playing a recent copy of the game and if you have any other third party mods causing conflicts (you can try by temporarily removing them and see if things get better).

Hey, thanks and welcome! Never heard that before, and I don't seem to have any noticeable fps loss. My guess is that there is something else causing some sort of problem. If you have other mods try to disable some of them and see if it still happens.

i experience heavy frame loss once i leave the apartment. My game runs smoothly until i enter and exit the apartment or garage. frames go all the way down to 20. when also using together forever mod, after entering and leaving the apt, the frame rate gets worse when going to pick up the partner, drops all the way down to 8 and freezing sometimes. any fix?

I'm not sure about that but if it is not the latest version of the game then it probably won't as there would be some assets missing.

Hm, do you have any mod that changes the interiors? The map? Please try to temporarily leave other mods out and see if it happens again.

It means that some assets are missing. The scripts is trying to load them but they are not there so it goes in a waiting loop. Which version of gta are you using?

Hi Jaydon, thanks and welcome! That's new to me, does it happen everytime? Also with docks? Make sure the gta5 folder is accessible for file-writing, maybe the script fails to save on the file. Could also be a conflict with another mod? I can't think of other causes.

The issue im having is im buying a property, its taking my money then it doesnt show up. So I go back in to sell tab it says i dont own nothing.

Hi I have this and your other roleplay, forever together and casual jobs mods. Nothing but Casual jobs seem to be working for me (even tho I installed everything properly with all the requirements). I have no phone contanc for the forever together mod nor the menu appears when i click F11 for the ropleplay ...I also use SPA2 mod (really dont want to give it up because i have way too many cars saved in the garages) and Advanced persistance mod if that matters (I aslo had HKH191's business mods and open all interiors but I deleted them trying to make yours work)

Turns out it was my fault. I had mp loading in simple trainer, and that caused the error. Sorry about that. Works great now!

Oh man, sorry to hear that. I suggest always to make backups of your Dealien_ForeverTogether.sav so that if something like that happens you can simply restore your Partner. That's a great method to keep and save different partners. By the way for me everything is working as it should, I don't understand why you get errors :(

I removed all of the mods that mess with the map, and if I'm not near the apt I purchased, by the time I get there going inside will not load. If you're near the apt there is a notification that mpMaps are loading, but if you're not near it the blip and cursor to enter is there, but when you actually try to the interior doesn't load. Today the map not loading killed my partner. I'm pissed because everything was wiped and I didn't get to back her up. I won't make that mistake again.

from what I see there are a lot of scripts crashing before Forever Together. It may most likely be a conflict of some sort. Please try to play a bit with less mods (without any other at best) and see if it happens again.

My companion was in the apartment for 10 minutes. She went to two chairs and sat perfectly fine. She laid in bed twice. The second time she laid down, she disappeared.

That's strange, that doesn't happen to me. Never had a crash for quite a long time. Please immediatly after that happens (that everything disappears), check what's in the "ScriptHookVDotNet.log" in your main gta folder to see what went wrong.

I had only played it for a few minutes the first day I downloaded it, but today she is, sometimes, sitting in the chairs, laying on the bed. Something happens after these interactions sometimes where she disappears, and her name disappears from your phone too. I have to reload the save. It also happened after having 'fun' in the apt.

Apts & Houses doesn't need any third party mod. You need only the requirements listed in the description... If it still doesn't work try to find the issue by trial and error.. see if enabling or disabling MP maps change anything, or if you have other mods that change something...

I don't use that one, so I'm not sure, but I can imagine that there could be some incompatibilities. Maybe try again without enable all interiors and see if there are still issues.

Does this work along side enable all interiors or no? When running both at same time I get the infinite joining online wheel and black screen. It worked fine for 3 sessions of about 15 mins then got the glitch.

Hey, you need to put only the mod files, NativeUI and NAudio. Scripthook V and Scripthookdotnet3 go into your main gta folder.

Hey Dj Sefru! I tried just now just to check again and for me the start closest scenario works just fine... Are you sure there are no other mods that maybe conflicting? If I'm not mistaken I heard once that some mods from HKH191 were causing floating when sitting but I'm not sure.

Hey man when u use roleplay menu to start closest scenario on the lounges, he sits in the air. Is there a way you could fix this? Would be cool to chill in the house

Put the ScriptHookV and the ScriptHookVDotNet 3.6.0 files in your main GTAV folder, put the NativeUI 1.9.1 and all the files of my mod in you GTAV/scripts folder.

I did already something similar. Check out my other mod "Roleplay Menu" there are option to just sit or lean wherever you like. I'm going to improve those as well by the way.

Also, can you make a simple script to sit on any chair, bench, etc.. Much like sit anywhere but prompts you to sit then you can choose other actions like lean on wall, on rails, etrc... I tried looking at the siting mod in hopes of updating it but I dont know where to start.

Hey Chrisoph, It maybe caused by a conflict with another mod that fiddles with toggling online maps on/off. Enabe or disable the online maps and then try again.
