This term applies to a model's pendant breasts, where the lower base of each breast is moved downward to give the breast a full look while hanging. I first used the technique with Courtney, Image 12, and more recently with Raine 27 and 28.

I was going to add that I have used BBB only when the model is bent over at the waist, so it hasn't come into play for Annette. And I find it hard to imagine how her perky peaks would hang down beneath her.

The webwork of vasculature is also a subtle (yet masterful) touch; you can tell the arteries and veins are wholly dedicated to supporting Annette's bloating milk blimps. Now, if only she'd take a direct look at the viewer while in that pose before heading over...
