[Annoucement] 2023 April Nomination

Dear all Reward Tier UR members,

There are 2 changes to the rule of the poll.

1. Since pool 4 always have more nominations than other pools, I separate them into 2 new pools: Other mobile game and Animation.

2. Originally, if there is a character who gets the second-highest vote from the pool that is the winner of all pools, it will be on the waiting list.

For example,
In the vote of Feb, Musashi wins as the one who gets the highest poll from all pools. Musashi becomes the Fans' Poll card of Feb. Northampton II is also put on the waiting list.

In the vote of March, Soda wins as the one who gets the highest poll from all pools. Soda becomes the Fans' Poll card of Feb. Brid is also put on the waiting list.

From now on, this rule is canceled. Originally, I set up this rule for the balance of all pools so I can make sure at least 1 character from each pool will be made per month. Considering my current pace of making characters (4-5 new cards per month), I think the waiting list now is sufficient for balance. Also, I need to make an extra slot for the new pool. Hope you understand the change.

投票のルールに2つの変更があります。

今後、このルールは解除される。もともとこのルールは、各プールから月に1人以上キャラクターを作るために、全プールのバランスを考えて設定したものです。現在の私のキャラクター制作ペース（月に4～5枚）を考えると、今のウェイティングリストでも十分バランスが取れていると思います。また、新しいプールのために余分なスロットを作る必要があります。この変更についてご理解いただけると幸いです。
