New Year 2025

2024 has come to an end, so I'll try and keep the reflections short. It has been a challenging year for me, especially the latter half. Being in a foreign country has brought extra challenges for me to keep up with making content. The MerMonday weekly series has been one of my anchors to keep creating but also to fulfill my obligations to fans and supporters of my work.

I had my doubts with starting this Patreon account and my ability to make your financial support worthwhile within my limited means. But I need to cast such negativity behind and actually focus on the work ahead as my own proper way of thanking your generosity and support.

Making the MerMonday series become a Patreon early access before the greater public was one of the ways I thought could work, and I intend to continue with that. But I also thought of expanding on this, whether it's creating a recurring set of characters to be featured in these, pushing myself to fully render each work, including some short stories to accompany these (when applicable), or to have Patreon supporters giving more input and vote on what they'd like to see (maybe a once a month thing).

Aside from that, I also want to continue looking into making and sharing more art and stuff such as further developing on the story and characters of SEAL Team 9 and a NSFW series in the long term, as well as looking into putting together an artbook with a select collection of mermaids drawn in 2024.

Lots of things to do in the new year!
