Now I'm making a new vagina for the version without balls, I need to add the shape of the clitoris and give him a more realistic look.

This is a new mesh/mod. Is not an update, try to edit your sims on Cas and in skin details select the skin overlay or a tattoo for the penis or select the penis with WW.
