Suggestion Box - New Year 25

Any character who is dressed up in New Year attire (any culture).
OR
Any New Year-related scenario (ie fireworks or dawn of the first day of the year) along with any character.
Primrose (Octopath Traveler) and Ryuuhou (Azur Lane) are off limits. OCs you own are permitted.
I will gather suggestions until 28th December 8pm (GMT), then they'll be put into a poll and voted upon.
(Notes:
- One character and scenario per Patron.
- A character can only be suggested once.)

truth be told a lot of the suggestion boxes (particularly ones based around characters with official seasonal outfits) seem to me like they mostly fit gacha characters, and since i dont really play gacha i usually just retreat to mario kart tour since it has characters im actually familiar with. also i just really like the mario girls lmao

The idea is that she is shooting giant arrows with fireworks and / or lights to provide the new year's show for the whole area. I was thinking to have one of two framings: - a grounded POV near Yukari with a sharp loom angle, with Yuka occupying the lower half of the picture and the arrow(s) she is shooting on the upper half. OR - a same-level POV depicting Yuka shooting the arrows to the side and toward the camera (45 degree angle basically between side she's turned to and the camera) and showcasing the town below / around her + its inhabitants watching. I can pick just one if you want, or you can decide which one you like best and go from there. I'm not picky.
