Pokemon- Akari Observing Flying Types

I was originally going to try and find ways to have it so that Akari wanted to document her findings on the flying Pokemon, but can't because her Pokedex didn't grow with her, but I couldn't find a good way to do it. So I only put in the observing part.
I'll get to buying 'Legends Arceus' eventually.
[UPDATE: decided not to make purely solo versions be locked behind since it's not technically an 'alt']
