Update 0.66 - Keisuke

I'm here to bring you guys this new Keisuke update, also with the addition of the Shoichi sprite that everyone's been waiting for. Because a lot of things got added in this update, there might be a few issues here and there as I wasn't able to scrub the entire game looking for any potential sprite mismatches or incongruencies, but I did do my best to minimize problems.
Not only that, this update does bring Keisuke's next H-scene with variations depending on which role the MC will take in it. I hope you all like it!

Hotfix: Drive had failed to upload the Mac version of the update. That has been fixed now.
