Ah no, this is maybe about a week later? Or a few days at least. You can't see it in the sketches, but the leaves have withered already (reddish color) :)

I know the wreath has a comedic/not serious feel to it, but I found it serves as a good thing to show the characters personalities a bit more.

The wreath that Piet reluctantly accepted only to discard again as soon as he was reminded of it, is picked up by Levi who prances around with it as though it were his own. That one page where Levi picks up the wreath tells us so much as a character by comparing him directly to someone we already know. An image says a thousand words, or in this case, saves a thousand words of exposition.
