Before dusk I decided to head to the woods and spend some time there. Initially just to go for a walk. I ended up sat on the roots of chestnut tree, grounding, being, reflecting in the longest day of the year. I felt such peace surrounded by moss and smell of wet soil

On the way back I went to the garden to pick some flowers to soak them overnight in spring water under full moon and solstice energies... And of course, I ended up having another dip. It was just sublime. So connecting. Mysterious. Definitely felt that the veil is thin between worlds (and even it can be appreciated in the pictures!). Magical. So simple and soooo potent. I really feel a peace that I hadn't felt in some time, a deep one. Yesterday I also had an Ecotherapy session myself with a colleague; this work really shifts stuff 🙏🏽💚❤️
