So the outcome of last poll looks like above, with majority of votes going to the $30 Tier that would give access to all NEW released videos on Patreon.

So this would be doable BUT the pace of NEW releases which for now we have speed up from 1 per 3 weeks to 1 per 2 weeks (with the future goal being 1 per 1 week) - kind of goes down in the drain.

It would highly depends on the quantity of Patrons that we would have and future goals on Patreon could be set to it - but for the current number of Patrons we could release 1, maybe sometimes 2 new videos per month (that all would be released on Patreon), and the incentive to release at faster pace is gone, as we are dependant on the Patreon billing Cycle.

Frankly, to us it would be a little more convenient to switch to Patreon, entirely, even when it comes with some risks (putting all eggs into one basket - if something happens to Patreon, it would halt our operations entirely)

I also think that Patreon way of working (billing cycles) are a little unfair to our most Loyal Patrons, that are with us for the long run. As they are the crowd that actually finance our whole operations by being with us all the time, yet with the way Patreon would work, some new Patron could jump in once a year, grab everything and leave - maybe it's just a subjective thing, but I think it's unfair.
(I do try to figure some new way to reward our long term Patrons though)

The third way could be switching on Patreon from Monthly Billing Cycles to Per-Creation. This would not take incentive for fast releases away, but it is kind of risky, as it can not be switched back, so it would require more analysis


So again, please express your preferences in poll or write your ideas of how you would like to see us working. There is no one good way to satisfy all, but we should find the most optimal way, that would suite everybody.
