Added 2024-09-04 14:00:03 +0000 UTCWe did it! End of Season 2! It has been so much fun being able to stay in the world of GOT. We have loved reacting to this series (No matter how many times Luke says otherwise *side eye*)
We will be jumping into a few movies and series coming up! Keep on the look out, we are about to drop so much content y'all!

HBO needs to bring Miguel Sapochnik back he was the showrunner for season 1 and directed some of the biggest episodes in game of thrones, he left due to a dispute with hbo over his wife receiving credits for her contributions but hbo need to give home whatever he wants because Ryan Condal and Sarah Hess the new writers/showrunners have royally fucked the season.

2024-09-04 16:13:48 +0000 UTCThis season was supposed to be 10 episodes. But HBO got bought out by Warner Bros. WB cut it to 8 and forced episodes 9 and 10 into Season 3 episodes 1 and 2. That’s why this felt like 8 of 10 not 8 of 8. Shokar the commander who was wrestling with Tyland is a man. In the beginning of the scene they introduced “him” and said “he” won’t sail without approval. That’s why he was talking about children and wives. To understand why they introduce him here is because he is taking all of his ships to go fight the Seasnake as he said. Just as a refresher Kings Landing has been blockaded by the Seasnake. Aemond sent Tyland to go negotiate with the Triarchy. Which is three countries in Essos that funded and supported the Crabfeeder in Season 1. Tyland made a deal to give them the stepstones and access to Kings Landing if they go defeat the Seasnake. That is why it was important to see both sides in their ships ready to fight. Definitely an 8 of 10 episode scene. It felt weird being the season finale. You guys missed seeing Dareon and his dragon flying over the Hightower army. Last episode Ironrod told Aemond that Daeron was flying into battle with the Hightower army. His dragon is blue with copper wings. Most reactors have to go back to watch the Daemon vision because it’s so quick. It’s not unusual to miss parts of it. They did show who the three eyed raven was. The beginning of the vision you see tree roots and a tree. This is how we saw Bran in GOT. They showed a man with a birthmark on his face. To not spoil other shows I won’t say his real name but the raven flew out from him. He is the three eyed raven. Next you see the whitewalkers, then you see a dragon dead. Some people say it’s Caraxes and other people say it’s not we don’t know. But the writers said the blood Darmon is walking through is dragon blood. Next you see Darmon fall and is drowning in clear water. Then you see the eggs, the red comet from GOT when the dragons were born. And Dani with the dragons. If you go back to some of the early episodes this season you see Haleanas drawings on the walls of her room. They are of GOT events. Throughout the show she has been a dreamer that’s what the Targaryens call someone with visions. From saying Aemond would have to close an eye to get a dragon, to talking about the beast beneath the boards and the fear of rats. She has a gift. When she tells Aemond he is swallowed up in the gods eye, that is the name of the lake outside of Harrenhall. Aegons and Larys plan ks to disappear while the two sides fight. Once everyone is exhausted of war and their dragons and armies are depleted the plan is to show back up and claim the throne. At the end we see the Lannisters and the Hightowers marching toward the riverlands to meet Daemons army and the Starks. This season the writers made drastic changes from the books. George RR Martin was mad and he is getting ready to release a blog about. But just completed a book tour talking about. Last season Miguel Spotchnik was a showrunner. He is the one who did battle of the bastards, hardhome etc… Between him leaving, WB forcing epic episodes 9/10 into season 3, major changes from the book and other budget cuts this is the result we are left with. Many have been unhappy. Martins story is so much better than what these writers have done. Rhaenyra’s actress is nominated for different awards for her acting. I think she did a great job portraying Alicent.
