My back hasn’t looked this jacked in ages! Or it feels like it at least 🥹. I haven’t been able to do a proper cardio session since mid November. So today I got a bit silly and did an hour on the rowing machine.
Tbf I may be hurting all over but it helps me switch off. This time of the year is a nightmare for me so the gym helps me switch off and forgot that for a couple of hours.
Some would suggest I should focus more time on working. If I stopped the gym and did that, I won’t be a very nice person to be around. The gym manages my ADHD, gives me the routine my autism needs and it shuts up the demons in my head (aka, depression). So this is the only option for me.
Anyway. Back gains, innit.
