All of the eager competitors knelt in a circle in the middle of the parlour. Each competitor had a volunteer to release the clothespins at the same time.
“3… 2… 1…” “ehhhhhhlll”
Whoever lasted the longest was the winner, the prize was our praise and admiration.
We didn’t expect the game to last as long as it did, how foolish of us to not consider the spirited tenacity of our players.
