Collar Making

After that we run a Top Shop, which is a hands-on kink-related ice-breaker that helps get the night flowing. We started Top Shop because we had a surplus of curious but apprehensive switches when our coven first began, and not enough tops… hence Top Shop was my plan to give the babe brigade some opportunities to practice kinks or dynamics outside of their usual roles, and build a little confidence. It’s been super effective because now we are FLOODED with hot tops and life is grand.
Anyway, I was so thrilled when Kitten offered to do a leather collar workshop for our Top Shop at the 8th Sapphic Slumber Party. When I met Kitten she was shy and quiet, watching her grow into the fierce cat who organized a litter of babes to make their own collars and be their own daddies was just fucking marvellous.
Kitten brought leather collars in a variety of colours, with charms of all sorts, and guests gathered around to sort and match and choose. They were fastened with ribbon, and we discussed how nice it is sometimes to have a collar that isn’t tied to a particular relationship, or person. One to honour your own relationship to kink and self.
