Added 2021-06-22 03:01:52 +0000 UTCToday was HECTIC! Just fucking hard work, sweat and tears, bitter righteousness and laborious tasks. But I did it. Myself. And at the end of it all I stepped outside to put the garbage to the curb for tomorrow morning (the last job of the day) and the sunset was so bright and stunning. Blazing hot pink, dark smoky grey, vibrant orange. The clouds in a dozen different patterns and shapes. A masterpiece. I called the kids out of bed to come and see. We stood there smiling at the sky. It’s all worth it. All of it.

I also owe you a story from our little sleepy experiment this past weekend... it’s on my to-do list and I can’t wait to tell you all about it.
