A Nice Surprise
Added 2020-04-17 15:07:38 +0000 UTCThis morning Elly sent me a text that said “just two woodland nymphs” with this lovely piece she painted of us, as a surprise. I gasped. The photo I posted yesterday was what she used as a reference. I haven’t seen her in a year and she hasn’t painted me in at least that long. But here we are on a little canvas together. “I’ve missed painting you,” she said. It stitched some small parts of my heart back together.
