Iāve had a few questions about poly in these dangerous times.
In my Canadian city there is a state of emergency and stay-at-home order. Schools and all non essential things have been shutdown for weeks and meetings of more than 10 people are prohibited.
My āquaran-teamā currently includes everyone we who lives in my house, plus Ms.O, Max and a single neighbour and her sweet greyhound who visit on our porch once in a while. Everyone on the team is taking precautions and isolating as much as possible, other than exposure to our team. If there is any other exposure we communicate about the risk level and decide together if our protocol needs to change.
Ms.O works from home currently and isolated for 14 days before coming over (because sheād travelled to the US recently). My neighbour and her greyhound have been working from home isolated as well, they have no family or friends close by so we have been having little social distancing visits to help her stay sane. Only my husband and Max are working outside of the home. Hubs works with one other person currently, his exposure is low. Max goes to work a couple days a week for her long-ass shifts but her work team is small and sheās wearing lots of Personal Protective Equipment.
Most of the exposure in our city has been travel related, though we are starting to get some community infection cases. We are all willing to adjust as information changes, and everyone is grateful we have each other through this.
Here is a picture of my butt, for posterity.
