Added 2019-11-19 19:26:53 +0000 UTCToday is a day for gratitude, not just because Patreon said so. As this year is coming to a close I am overwhelmed with appreciation for you, and for this space.
It’s not an exaggeration to say that each of you 68 wonderful individuals (and folks who have come and gone along the way) have improved my life.
Not only have you shown me that there are people who *value* what I have to say and share, but you’ve given me TIME. I’m a mom, I work in mental health, I volunteer in the community and have care responsibilities for members of my extended family. Time is a commodity I never have enough of. By pledging your support you’ve quite literally given me the gift of time to work on photos, editing, party details, and writing. Time I would not have had otherwise.
Not only that but being gifted with time to devote to this side of my creativity has allowed me to dream bigger. Thanks to your support, this year I’ve had time to write for two paying publications, submit to a few book projects (fingers crossed), say YES to an exciting offer to be guest editor next year for an online magazine issue about one of my favourite kinks, say YES to an exciting offer to throw a party and take photos for said magazine issue, and continue working towards my goal to self-publish a book for folks navigating ethical non-monogamy. Your support has given me the time and permission to consider bigger and better projects moving forward. I can’t wait to share what’s next (with you first, of course!)
