Emily: chastity or denial?

I have a question about Emily that I can't decide on.
Should Emily use a chastity cage on the MC? Or should she deny the player without the use of a chastity cage?
Important note, this does not mean that chastity will be mandatory throughout the game, just like Zoe, you would be able to play around to some extent.
