2025-10-22 04:44:04 +0000 UTCAccording to the writers the intention was that there only ever was one 'sister'. The Janette personality was Therese's coping mechanism to deal with her trauma. Once she was embraced by a Malkavian her disorder became amplified to the point that there no longer is one real personality. Also yeah, if you side the whole conversation with Therese and then pick Janette at the very end that will not work. You have to be in good standing with the one you pick. The give me the gun option additionally requires that certain quests be resolved in a specific way.
