The voice acting in Hong Kong is some of the weirdest voice acting I've heard in my life. Not only are the accents horrific, actors will frequently stutter, flub their lines or change accents in the middle of a sentence. It's so off that it almost becomes endearing. It's always been funny to me how a game can be considered one of the best of all time, yet have something so bad in it.
