Little late, but when the turret is quick-hacked it wasn't David. They see it, and just before we watch it turn on the Maelstrom guys you hear David say "Kiwi...". It pops to her for a moment grumbling about needing Kiwi for everything. Then you see the turret change sides to take out the Maelstrom gang.
I.E. David doesn't use a quick hack while manning the Sandevistan. Just like CP2077 video game.

so yeah... Kiwi is alive, she was simply knocked out by Maine not Killed.
Yep, David got JACKED, and it's a crazy change since this is still happening in the same year as when the show began (2076).
i gotta say.... even if Julio was just a throw-away character, i personally found him weirdly endearing, so much so that i made him my profile picture on Youtube xdd.... perhaps it is because we share the same name (and by the way... the name is pronounced Who-lee-oh).
Falco is indeed voiced by Matthew Mercer.
Rebecca got new Giant Cyberhands... most likely as a way to honor her brother Pillar but without imitating him, not only that but she now also performs party tricks on street gatherings the same way Pillar used to do. She doesn't show it but it's clear that her brother's death affected her greatly.
it also seems like Rebecca has developed an attraction for David, which is unfortune given that He only has eyes for Lucy.
When it comes to David and Lucy's relationship... i find it so strange to watch them together because... they're living together now and they most likely have sex regularly as well but.... they still feel so distant to each other, like... they are close emotionally but mentally they are almost strangers still, it's very difficult to describe.

Davids character trait of 'chasing someone else's dream' is just so tragic to me man, it actually gets me emotional rewatching this series.
