Absolutely adore that you are playing this game! I love it to pieces and have watched the playthrough of a german lets player of it so often, I basically know the... standard happenstances in my sleep. But you will run into a lot of "random encounters" too, which just won't let you rest even if you've played the game a few times. But what I love the most about this whole game series is the stories, with little bits of informations that carry over into the later games

2023-10-13 16:42:48 +0000 UTCI laughed when you got interrupted mid intro. One of the scariest things about this game for me was that there really aren't any 'safe' places. I think Silent Hill does the psychological horror thing better...like it's good at getting under your skin...but generally if a room is empty in Silent Hill...it stays empty...aside from scripted stuff. Fatal Frame is very good at basically making you feel uneasy ALL the time.
