FPS was more jumpy on Performance on my PS5, and was having screen tearing, which is mainly why I switched to Q and haven't had those issues since so I am not gonna touch it, but obviously that shouldn't be happening and I usually go with 60fps lol. Do whatever works for you.

2023-05-03 04:27:09 +0000 UTCIt's very odd to me I get better framerate and performance on Quality mode and not performance mode but man, the game looks SO good in Quality mode I don't think I'll be changing it lol. Haven't had any frame drops in combat or anything with it on.
