Will you try to find some things you've missed? So far you've been really efficient in going forward in the story and surviving, so much that there are some things / mechanics that just were far from necessary to build for you. Cyclops is worth trying, growing shit is cool (and will eat your FPS if you plant too much of specific outside stuff), but most importantly, there is the Alien Containment... definitely look into that. You have missed it in a location, that makes sense for it to be there + you left that area too soon for very understandable reasons :D
