From that day on Monoma seemed out Sato once a week to copy his quirk and prove to himself he can handle the overload that comes at the end. Over time he became addicted to the sugar and growth that came with it. In time his quirk evolved to be able to handle his own body for longer and he was able to permanently retain the effects of the quirks he copied.
