Focus on chapter 2

As of now chapter 2 stands at 3, 600 words and counting.
For your patience, here's another snippet:
Light floods through the shattered window of the small darkened trailer and Adam watches as your car pulls up followed by Saffron's freezer truck.
He must've brought it in preparation for the massacre that's about to happen.
Despite this, Adam can already hear Saffron complaining about the fact they'll take up room, their bodies taking up space in his precious freezer, unwanted unless he gets desperate.
Saffrons a choosy fucker. An irony not lost on Adam considering the man's "diet."
