First, you can now change the Specific Content options. These were the same options you chose during your first session with psychologist Miss Horn and a couple more new ones. If you use my save file, then first set up the options for yourself. The option - Real Cuck, makes all options ON at once.
All new quests are made in such a way that you can choose whether to wear a cage or not. But if you choose the Real Cuck option, then your wife won't ask you whether you want it or not.
New scenes (you can play it any order):
Watersport scene(If you know what I mean) with your wife and Mistress Evelyn (+ animations). It's optional; you can skip it if you want
Picnic on the beach - hot scene with your wife and Henry (+ animation). It's time to get rest your wife a little
Another one training day in the gym. Your wife needs protein. Clean. Natural. (You will see the continuation of this scene in the next update.)
New psychologist scene: You will face a choice. Many of you will get what you have long dreamed of (+ animation). A real cuckold knows what to choose.
I'm sure you'll enjoy this update. Five weeks of nonstop hard work are behind me—phew!

Hey My Hotwife team! I've gotta say, I took a chance in this game like a year ago or so and was so BLOWN away. The content is so good. You guys have only gotten better. This will be up there with Cuckold Sim1/2 as best cuckold wife sharing game out there. Keep up the good work. Can't wait for more. I like that the further down the rabbit whole you go the more a feminization route seems to start to manifest. I hope one does! Instead of one lady getting D-ed down there will be two? Who knows? :-)
