I've always thought this was entirely unnecessary; this is the one man she's ever known and trusted.
She's never been in a relationship with a man, and doesn't know how men and women act like when they live together.
This is an opportunity for Honjo to convince her that mutual relief is something adults do in the absence of a partner, turning the sleeping scene Into one where he gets smothered and serviced.
The scene now also naturally progresses into mating, as Rinko learns more about taking care of an old man's needs...

Art is almost finished, made a lot of progress on image variations for facial expressions and whatnot during the scenes, event set up for the first few scenes is already done too, and all the maps are ready, Progress is good so far but no estimated date.
